In its ongoing mission to promote better health and well-being, Optu Foundation organized a Health Awareness Camp in Surankote. The camp focused on educating local residents about preventive healthcare, hygiene practices, and the importance of regular medical check-ups.
The event witnessed participation from over 150 individuals, including children, women, and the elderly. Free health check-ups were conducted by a team of medical professionals, and essential medicines were distributed to those in need. Participants were also provided with informative sessions on topics such as managing seasonal illnesses, balanced nutrition, and first-aid techniques.
“Our goal is to ensure that every individual, regardless of their circumstances, has access to basic healthcare information and resources,” said a spokesperson from Optu Foundation.
The foundation expressed its gratitude to the volunteers and healthcare professionals who made the event a success and plans to conduct more such initiatives in the future.
